Responsibilities
- Manage all program timelines, milestones, and deliverables for your account.
- Proactively track progress against the plan, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure objectives are met.
- Deliver against and exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with your client to oversee the planning, execution, delivery and reconciliation of multiple projects while working with cross functional teams including Field, Operations, Analytics, and Events.
- Respond to changing client, program, team and organizational needs and requirements with an ability to generate viable new approaches and solutions.
- Details Obsessed: Ensure accuracy of the details through thorough note-taking, asking the important questions, thinking critically, and staying organized.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must have 3-5 years project management experience in an agency environment or in the wireless industry.
- Experience in the wireless and retail industry is an asset.
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking & time management skills.
- Proven collaboration with cross functional teams within a working environment.
- Superb organizational skills – execution, and deliverables.
- Excellent Google Workspace skills (Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Doc, etc).
- Reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport required for international business travel.
- Located near an International Airport with regular flights to Mexico, up to 25% travel.
