About the role
Serve as the primary client contact, providing benefits consulting, plan administration, renewals, and compliance support. Build strong client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service. Market and manage employee benefit programs, including proposals, negotiations, and renewal processes. Oversee benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, terminations, and employee education. Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and California laws. Maintain accurate documentation, manage systems like Ease and Salesforce, and support business development activities.
Responsibilities

- Market and manage employee benefit programs, including proposals, negotiations, and renewal processes.
- Oversee benefits administration tasks such as enrollments, terminations, and employee education.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, and California laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation, manage systems like Ease and Salesforce, and support business development activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- 3-5+ years of employee benefits or insurance industry experience.
- Active California Life & Health Insurance License.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong knowledge of group health plans and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Ease, Employee Navigator, and Salesforce is a plus.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
