About The Role
We’re looking for a results-driven and strategic Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join our team in Germany. In this key role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams to drive pipeline growth by executing targeted marketing initiatives across a defined list of high-value accounts in the DACH region.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design and execution of end-to-end Account-Based Marketing programs focused on engaging and converting high-value target accounts.
- Partner closely with the Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales teams to ensure strategic alignment and drive pipeline growth.
- Use data-driven strategies to accelerate the sales funnel, shorten the buyer’s journey, and increase conversion rates.
- Leverage insights to craft and execute funnel acceleration tactics that fast-track prospects through the pipeline and enhance conversion performance.
- Lead the planning and execution of diverse event formats—including hosted experiences, sponsored activations, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
- Oversee logistics, content development, and promotional strategies to ensure seamless delivery and maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
- Leverage data insights and performance metrics to shape marketing strategies, track outcomes, and continuously refine tactics for maximum impact.
- Collaborate seamlessly with sales, product, and marketing teams to align strategies and messaging across all channels.
