Responsibilities
- Create and execute a market-specific sales plan that meets or exceeds set sales goals.
- Optimize call routes to maximize time in the field and overall efficiency.
- Be regularly available and responsive to customers’ real-time needs.
- Meet regularly with customers in the sales market to understand their needs.
- Educate customers on Crawford’s value-add offerings.
- Identify and pursue existing customer opportunities.
- Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers.
- Champion Crawford’s brand in the local community.
- Identify and execute local marketing activities to enhance presence and grow sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience.
- PREFERRED: 2+ years of industry-related experience.
- Proven track record of consistent achievement of sales goals.
- Passionate individual with a desire to succeed.
- Must possess an assertive personality with a high level of energy and a resilient character.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug test.

- Knowledge of electrical products and services.
