About the role

mtc wish to recruit an outgoing and dynamic Apprentice Account Manager to join their existing team and work with their Aftercare team and clients by assisting in the running of their Aftercare department day to day.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and team members on a daily basis
• Gather feedback
• Work closely with the Aftercare team internally

Requirements

• Willing to take instruction
• Willing to learn
• Strong communication skills both written and verbally

Qualifications

• SVQ Customer Service Qualification as part of the Apprenticeship
