Account Growth Leader | Commercial Financial Services | Regional Banks

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop account strategies for sustainable growth in selected accounts
• Identify business opportunities within target accounts for growth
• Collaborate with account leaders and teams to expand service offerings
• Generate sales opportunities and guide them through the pipeline
• Leverage personal industry network to uncover new sales leads
• Partner with leadership to define specific market solutions
• Participate in the company's Sales Incentive Plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's
• 12+ years of Financial Services experience, ideally in consulting and banking
• Proven track record of building accounts from scratch and driving hypergrowth
• Experience selling services to regional banks
• Ability to market Advisory-led and technology-led solutions to Financial Services clients

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $155,000 – $259,000 annually
