About the role
The Catalyst Program is a 12-month, full-time Career Acceleration Training experience designed to fast-track your career in the sports industry. As an Account Executive, you'll gain real-world experience, hands-on coaching, and access to advanced sales tools.
Responsibilities
- Sell a full menu of ticket products for the River Cats and Athletics, including memberships, premium seating, suites, and group packages.
- Participate in weekly training sessions, one-on-one coaching, and real-time feedback with your Catalyst Manager and veteran sales mentors.
- Deliver unreasonable hospitality, providing personalized, above-and-beyond service tailored to each customer's unique needs.
- Use cutting-edge sales technology, including AI-powered prospecting and engagement tools, Salesforce CRM system, and video-based outreach platforms.
- Represent the River Cats and Athletics at games, events, and meetings to build relationships and generate new business.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sports and a desire to build a career in the industry.
- Comfortable using the phone, technology, and open to learning new tools.
- Team player with a positive attitude and growth mindset.
Qualifications
- Previous sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the game and event schedule.

Pay
An expected annual base pay of $37,440 plus overtime, bonus, and commissions. Final offers will be made within the parameters of the compensation range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered.
Schedule
This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role with flexible hours to accommodate the game and event schedule.
