Account Executive, Ticket Sales
Reports to: Director, Ticket Sales • Status: Full-time, year-round • Location: Kalamazoo, MI
About The Role
We are bringing a brand-new soccer club to Kalamazoo for 2027, with a men’s team in USL League Two and a women’s team in the USL W League. We are building it from the ground up, which makes this a rare chance to get in on day one and grow with the club. This is a full-time, revenue-producing sales seat, not an entry-level call-center desk. You will own a personal book of business and sell the club’s full range of ticket products: season memberships, partial plans, group outings, and premium hospitality. You go out and get the business, and you get paid on what you sell.

- Selling & new business
- Sell full-season memberships, partial plans, group outings, and premium hospitality experiences
- Prospect by outbound call and personalized email, work marketing-generated leads, and convert inbound interest
- Run sales appointments in person and by phone, and build relationships across the community
- Groups & community
- Work tabling and activation events at soccer clubs, youth clubs, and community events, selling your book and capturing new prospects
- Prospect corporate, civic, youth, and community groups for group business
- Accounts & pipeline
- Manage your own book: follow-up, renewals, service, and retention
- Keep the CRM current, with a next step on every opportunity
- Build and hold pipeline coverage year-round, and contribute to sales forecasts

Where It Can Lead
This is a foundational sales seat in a club being built from scratch. Strong performers can grow into senior sales, a premium and hospitality focus, or a sales leadership track as the club and its ticket base grow.
