About the role
Tax.com is revolutionizing the tax industry with innovative solutions. As an Account Executive, you'll promote our platform to mid-market to enterprise customers across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Sell the tax.com platform, focusing on the mid-market to enterprise segment.
- Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close, including relationship building and onboarding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Provide thought leadership through insights and innovations to improve product development and sales efficiency.
- Develop and maintain referral and reference accounts through strategic relationships.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Outbound prospecting and a hunter mentality.
- Experience selling software (cloud/SaaS), particularly to Finance and Tax departments.
- Excellent time management and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or related field.
- 5+ years of solution software sales experience, including experience in financial technology.
Qualifications
- Strong ownership and accountability for targets.
- Highly articulate and able to communicate value propositions to C-level executives.
