Account Executive, Strategic Accounts
About the role
The Account Executive, Strategic Accounts is responsible for driving Higharc's launch into a new Enterprise market segment. This role serves as the blueprint for how Higharc sells to this customer base, focusing on complex, multi-threaded sales cycles, executive-level relationships, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles (6–9 months) from initial engagement through close, including full ownership of multi-million dollar deal strategy, negotiation, and execution.
- Build executive-level relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across Construction, Operations, IT, Architecture, and Executive Leadership.
- Generate and drive net-new enterprise opportunities, leveraging personal industry relationships and Higharc’s network to open doors and create urgency around transformation initiatives.
- Position Higharc as a strategic transformation partner, aligning solutions to margin expansion, operational efficiency, scalability, and digital strategy goals.
- Navigate organizational resistance and IT bottlenecks, building cross-functional consensus to enable enterprise-wide adoption.
- Cook up cross-functional internal teams (SDR, Sales Engineer, Product, Implementation, Leadership) to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions.
- Drive enterprise expansion strategy post-close, identifying opportunities to scale from single-division deployments to company-wide standardization.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline and forecast management, ensuring clear visibility into strategic account progress and revenue targets.
Requirements
You must have 10+ years of homebuilding industry experience, professional literacy in Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite, a track record of success leading 7+ figure deal cycles, a highly consultative selling approach, and experience and discipline working long-cycle deals. You should also have a keen ability to navigate complex organizations, utilize commercial creativity, and build rapport and buy-in with senior stakeholders. A deep understanding of builder economics and organizational dynamics is a plus, especially if you have former homebuilding executive or homebuilding consultant experience.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a consultative selling approach are essential. Experience with Salesforce, AI agents, and Google suite is a plus.
