About the role

Titan Environmental Solutions seeks an Account Executive to develop new business and grow long-term client relationships within the environmental, restoration, and construction industries.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients
  • Present the company’s services and convert leads into long-term partnerships
  • Serve as a front-line representative of the company’s brand
  • Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients requiring ongoing retention support

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to provide accurate and detailed information for the operations team, including scope of work, billing information, and client details
  • Strong client and market understanding with the ability to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate value
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage a lead pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports
  • Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships within the industry
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Team Lead, and other team members to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Familiarity with the company’s target industries (preferred)

  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to adapt to changing priorities and client demands

Skills

  • Industry experience in the environmental sector, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the industry
