About the role
Titan Environmental Solutions seeks an Account Executive to develop new business and grow long-term client relationships within the environmental, restoration, and construction industries.
Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities by building relationships with prospective clients
- Present the company’s services and convert leads into long-term partnerships
- Serve as a front-line representative of the company’s brand
- Work closely with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to ensure a smooth transition for newly acquired clients requiring ongoing retention support
Requirements
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present solutions and negotiate effectively
- Ability to provide accurate and detailed information for the operations team, including scope of work, billing information, and client details
- Strong client and market understanding with the ability to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate value
- Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage a lead pipeline and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho) to manage leads, track progress, and generate reports
- Strong networking skills to establish and maintain relationships within the industry
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Client Relationship Manager (CRM), Team Lead, and other team members to ensure smooth client transitions
- Familiarity with the company’s target industries (preferred)
