Account Executive - National Accounts (Arizona, Nevada & Southern California Territory)

We're seeking a driven, consultative sales professional to join our National Accounts team as an Account Executive.
Responsibilities
- Grow and develop strategic customer relationships while delivering innovative solutions that help organizations reduce risk, improve compliance, and achieve their business goals.
- Represent a diverse portfolio of cloud-based technologies, training programs, consulting services, and outsourced service offerings to senior-level decision makers across a variety of industries.
- Support customers throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California, representing the territory and traveling 50% of the time to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies for assigned customers.
- Partner closely with Inside Sales Representatives to identify opportunities and expand customer relationships.
- Consult with decision-makers to understand business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and supply agreements to create mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through implementation and customer adoption.
- Identify and engage new stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within existing customer organizations.
- Cook up customer meetings, presentations, and onsite visits to strengthen partnerships.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by helping clients navigate evolving safety and compliance requirements.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by proactively resolving issues ensuring customer success.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, customer information, and expense reporting.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Field sales experience in a consultative selling environment.
- Experience selling services, software, subscriptions, or other solution-based offerings.
- Knowledge of the Transportation, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), or regulatory compliance industries preferred.

- Strong consultative selling and business development abilities.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory or industry concepts in a clear, customer-focused manner.

Pay
The compensation range for this role is $155,000.00 to $165,000.00 which varies depending on factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s overall experience and geographic location.
Schedule
This remote position will support customers throughout Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Candidates must reside within the territory and be willing to travel 50% of the time to strengthen customer relationships and uncover new growth opportunities.
