The Account Executive - Midmarket VAST position combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and high-impact customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Manage a defined geographic territory by engaging with new and existing midmarket customers to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.
  2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and demonstrating the value of workplace technology solutions.
  3. Possess strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  4. Manage sales documentation, proposals, and account activities using customer relationship management tools.
  5. Drive customer value realization by ensuring clients maximize their investments and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role focused on SaaS, UCaaS, cloud-based solutions, or technology platforms.
  • Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with business decision-makers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to engage effectively with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
