The Account Executive - Midmarket VAST position combines consultative selling, strategic account management, and high-impact customer engagement. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage a defined geographic territory by engaging with new and existing midmarket customers to drive solution adoption and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding business needs and demonstrating the value of workplace technology solutions.
- Possess strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Manage sales documentation, proposals, and account activities using customer relationship management tools.
- Drive customer value realization by ensuring clients maximize their investments and achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role focused on SaaS, UCaaS, cloud-based solutions, or technology platforms.
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with business decision-makers.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to manage opportunities, pipeline, and customer interactions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously.
