Account Executive (Medical Education)
About the role
We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Account Executive to join our IMsci team. If you're passionate about healthcare marketing and eager to learn the ropes of project management in a fast-paced agency environment, this is your chance to shine.
What You'll Do
- Provide essential support to one or more account teams, coordinating day-to-day project tasks.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, status reports, and meeting recaps.
- Schedule internal and client meetings, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- Manage interactions and coordinate services with external vendors.
- Support senior team members in meeting client needs and delivering high-quality work.
- Communicate project status updates effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Utilize client review systems (e.g., Veeva, Zinc) to manage projects and feedback.
- Deepen your understanding of medical education projects and best practices.
- Adhere to internal processes, demonstrating a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree (advertising, marketing, or science major preferred).
- 1+ years of Health advertising, meded, or related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Teams).

Base Salary Range
The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is $45,000—$100,000 USD. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
