Responsibilities
- Possess a relentless drive to prospect and build pipeline
- Create and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory
- Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice
- Develop and circulate best practices for the team
- Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing team
- Proactively solve problems and take on additional responsibilities
- Seek leadership opportunities and support the company’s objectives
- Travel approximately 40% of the time
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of applicable sales experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Solution selling, multithreading, large enterprise account management, negotiation, forecasting, communication, and data-driven decision making
