Responsibilities

  • Possess a relentless drive to prospect and build pipeline
  • Create and maintain strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for the territory
  • Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice
  • Develop and circulate best practices for the team
  • Listen to market needs and share insights with product and marketing team
  • Proactively solve problems and take on additional responsibilities
  • Seek leadership opportunities and support the company’s objectives
  • Travel approximately 40% of the time

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of applicable sales experience
  • Preferred Qualifications: Solution selling, multithreading, large enterprise account management, negotiation, forecasting, communication, and data-driven decision making
