About the role
Oh Là Là Chéri is a leading intimate apparel brand known for creating fashion-forward lingerie that celebrates confidence, individuality, and self-expression. We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Executive to help grow our wholesale business and expand our presence across specialty retail channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow wholesale and retail accounts across key markets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and industry partners.
- Present seasonal collections and product assortments to existing and prospective accounts.
- Manage the sales process from prospecting through order placement and follow-up.
- Represent Oh Là Là Chéri at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted partner to your accounts.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while contributing to the overall growth of the brand.
Requirements
- Proven success in sales, account management, business development, or relationship-driven industries.
- Experience selling to adult novelty retailers, lingerie boutiques, specialty retailers, intimate lifestyle stores, or related channels is highly preferred.
- Existing industry relationships and a strong network within these markets are a major advantage.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growing organization.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
- Strong understanding of the intimate apparel market and trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
