About the role

Manage and oversee assigned client accounts, serving as the main point of contact. Identify client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their business objectives. Lead internal teams to ensure client expectations and deliverables are met on time. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with clients to drive retention and satisfaction. Proactively handle client concerns, providing timely resolutions to maintain high satisfaction levels. Meet or exceed sales targets through account growth, upselling, and cross-selling. Provide regular performance updates and strategic insights to clients. Support contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company. Mentor junior team members and promote a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 2-6 years of experience in sales, client relations, or account management.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing client accounts and leading teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
    • At least 2+ years of experience in account management, client communication, or business development.

    Skills

    • Communication and negotiation skills.
    • Knowledge of the US market.

    • Salary range: US$ 54,000* to US$ 95,000* annual base pay and variable performance* or commission*.
