Primary Responsibilities

  • Research and identify qualified 'Cold Leads'
  • Conduct introductory and educational appointments to move 'Cold Leads' into 'Superficial' and/or 'Qualified' prospects
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through accurate and ethical representation of SERVPRO Team Wall
  • Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of sales activity using assigned CRM software
  • Meet and exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals
  • Attend networking events and industry associations
  • Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless client handoffs
  • Represent SERVPRO Team Wall with integrity and professionalism
  • Support disaster response and emergency readiness efforts when needed

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & presentation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required)
  • Willingness to travel to various SERVPRO Team Wall office locations for business development

Compensation

Competitive Base of $75,000/year + Uncapped High Percentage Commissions on everything you sell!
