Primary Responsibilities
- Research and identify qualified 'Cold Leads'
- Conduct introductory and educational appointments to move 'Cold Leads' into 'Superficial' and/or 'Qualified' prospects
- Build lasting relationships with clients through accurate and ethical representation of SERVPRO Team Wall
- Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of sales activity using assigned CRM software
- Meet and exceed weekly sales activity and meeting goals
- Attend networking events and industry associations
- Collaborate with Account Managers for seamless client handoffs
- Represent SERVPRO Team Wall with integrity and professionalism
- Support disaster response and emergency readiness efforts when needed
Qualifications
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Tech-savvy (CRM and LinkedIn proficiency required)
- Willingness to travel to various SERVPRO Team Wall office locations for business development
Compensation
Competitive Base of $75,000/year + Uncapped High Percentage Commissions on everything you sell!
