About the role
Equifax’s US Information Solutions (USIS) business unit is seeking a strategic Account Executive to join our Insurance sales team. The role is client-facing, responsible for driving revenue growth and fostering customer relationships within the Insurance vertical, with a primary focus on growing the Insurtech space.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage client relationships
- Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones with clients in the insurance industries
- Work to understand their strategic goals and build trust by providing expert advice and demonstrating the value of our solutions
- Lead account strategy and growth
- Create and execute strategic account plans to hit revenue targets and drive profitable growth
- Identify, manage, and close new business opportunities, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to align with customer needs
- Orchestrate resources and manage the sales process
- Effectively leverage Equifax's account, solution, and delivery teams to move opportunities forward
- Manage the contracting process and conduct business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and drive strong pipeline development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas selling complex solution suites
- Experience managing and growing a book of Enterprise-level clients across multiple functions and geographies in a matrixed environment
- Strong computer, sales AI technology skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Salesforce or other CRM/prospecting resources
Qualifications
- Knowledge of the credit industry and DaaS sales, strongly preferred
- Experience selling into the insurance industry
- An understanding of the insurance regulatory environment
Pay
A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $117,110.00 to $155,000.00. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program at approximately 55%.
