About the role
Advance Healthcare, part of Advance Local Media, is seeking an Account Executive- Healthcare to strengthen and empower communities through high-value digital advertising solutions in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and profitable revenue growth through industry knowledge and innovative data solutions across the healthcare category sales lifecycle.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying new revenue opportunities and developing client presentations supported by data analysis.
- Manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce.com to ensure consistent growth.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Regularly meet with existing and prospective clients, focusing on mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Travel to clients, conferences, and team meetings as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of two years of digital advertising sales or healthcare sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales in a competitive market, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Quick learning ability and motivation are essential.
- Thorough knowledge of needs-based selling.
- Experience using CRM sales management platforms, particularly Salesforce.com.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Excellent relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills, with active listening abilities.
- A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
- Prioritize solid organizational skills, multi-tasking, managing pressure, and meeting deadlines.

- Reliable transportation to meet with clients is required.
Benefits
The position offers a competitive compensation structure, including a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 per year, with additional commissions bringing the total potential target compensation to $95,000 to $105,000.
Schedule
This is a remote-based position, with occasional travel to clients, conferences, and team meetings.
