Account Executive - Full-Cycle B2B Sales
About the role
Are you a full-cycle B2B sales professional who knows how to build a pipeline from zero and carry it all the way to a signed deal? We're looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle sales who thrives on both the hunt and the win. Whether you come from the aviation industry or another B2B sector, if you're hungry, resourceful, and ready to build something real with a supportive team, we want to hear from you.
At Skylink, we support the maintenance of aircraft fleets worldwide, providing everything from small components to large jet engines for commercial, regional, and military aircraft. As an Account Executive, you'll work with airlines, MROs, lessors, and military clients across 30+ countries to ensure they receive the right material support to keep their fleets operational.
Career Growth Path
Every new Account Executive begins with a structured ramp-up phase to build deep knowledge of our customers, systems, and sales process. During this stage, you’ll support sales operations and inside sales activities, including RFQs, quoting, and customer support. As you grow your accounts and demonstrate ownership of revenue, your role will evolve into full Account Executive responsibilities. Here’s the career trajectory at Skylink:
- Step 1: Junior Account Executive – Build and manage a sales pipeline. OTE: $50,000 (salary + commission).
- Step 2: Account Executive – OTE: $75,000 (salary + commission).
- Step 3: Dedicated Account Manager – Grow assigned accounts. OTE: $100,000 (salary + commission).
Sales at Skylink is about being a trusted advisor, focusing on long-term relationships and delivering a "WOW" experience in every interaction. This role requires drive, resourcefulness, and the ability to navigate complex, relationship-driven sales cycles.
