Account Executive / Event Designer - Main Event Caterers
About the role
Main Event Caterers is a premier catering company renowned for delivering exceptional culinary experiences for high-end private events, weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive galas. This position offers significant travel and a competitive salary range.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, networking, and community involvement.
- Negotiate pricing, proposals, and contracts with clients.
- Manage sales processes, including maintaining sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and suggest new ways to enhance services.
- Create compelling sales proposals and ensure fulfillment of special requests.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and obtain approvals for menu tasting events and communicate details to relevant teams.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in off-premise catering.
- Significant travel required, more than 50% of the time.

Pay
$60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
