Account Executive, Entertainment Marketing & Advisory
About the role
The Account Executive will support the day-to-day execution and management of entertainment and talent partnerships, from strategy and vetting to procurement, terms review, relationship management, on-site execution, and asset approvals. They will also assist in the planning and execution of customized talent and entertainment programs that meet client objectives, coordinate program deliverables with talent representatives, managers, publicists, clients, vendors, agency partners, networks, studios, and other relevant stakeholders, build and maintain working relationships with talent representatives, managers, publicists, and other industry partners, interact with and provide day-to-day communication to brand clients, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activations, manage internal tracking documents and monthly client reports, support team with research requests, generate meeting agendas, coordinate scheduling, capture meeting notes, and support overall team organization, monitor entertainment industry news, talent activity, creator trends, and TV, film, digital, and social announcements to identify partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day execution and management of entertainment and talent partnerships
- Research, vet, and help identify talent, creators, entertainment properties, and partnership opportunities that align with client objectives
- Aid in the planning and execution of customized talent and entertainment programs that meet client objectives
- Coordinate program deliverables with talent representatives, managers, publicists, clients, vendors, agency partners, networks, studios, and other relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain working relationships with talent representatives, managers, publicists, and other industry partners
- Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to brand clients, vendors and any other relevant parties involved in activations
- Manage internal tracking documents and monthly client reports
- Support team with research requests
- Generate meeting agendas, coordinate scheduling, capture meeting notes, and support overall team organization
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
- Monitor entertainment industry news, talent activity, creator trends, and TV, film, digital, and social announcements to identify partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2-3 years of talent agency (preferred) or entertainment marketing or industry experience
- Experience supporting celebrity/music/digital talent and influencer partnerships or other meaningful clients in the entertainment space
- Solid project management skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills, solutions-oriented, and ability to multi-task
- Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through
- Able to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Dependable, proactive, desire to learn; transferrable skills are highly considered, even if you do not meet all position requirements

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Pay
Hiring Rate: Minimum $56,250 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds), Maximum $75,000 annually
