Role Overview

We are seeking an Account Executive to join our growing Enterprise Sales team. This role will be instrumental in building and scaling our sales organization, working closely with our Founders and GTM Executive team. The successful candidate will own the entire sales cycle, manage the pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build a book of business through outbound sales efforts
  • Identify and engage with target customer accounts, execute outbound campaigns, and generate sales demand
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to product demo to contract negotiation and closing
  • Build and mature enterprise sales processes and playbooks
  • Understand and communicate the benefits of CodeRabbit's software to technical and business stakeholders
  • Effectively solve customer problems through sales discussions, product demonstrations, and value propositions
  • Apply various sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPICED, Command of Message, etc.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Experience in a closing and quota-carrying role for 5+ years, with consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Highly empathetic and curious approach to serving as a trusted advisor to potential customers
  • Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit's software and build relationships with technical prospects and key business stakeholders
  • A strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, handle ambiguity, and contribute to shaping our Enterprise Sales playbook
  • A continuous learner with a desire to improve through coaching and collaboration
  • An enthusiasm for making a significant impact early on at a startup
