About the role

You’re not just someone who sells. You’re someone who listens, understands customer needs, and finds the right solution. Hit the numbers: You are responsible for achieving sales targets. You track KPIs, analyze what’s working, adjust what isn’t, and ensure the team stays focused on what matters.

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting customer relationships: You invest in understanding your customers' businesses and challenges. You build trust through honest, consultative conversations rather than hard selling
  • Manage the sales process: You map the buyer’s journey, design the optimal sales process for your product or service, and keep the deal pipeline healthy and moving
  • Present and demonstrate our solutions: You deliver compelling product demos and presentations, tailored to your customers' needs. You know how to communicate value clearly and convincingly

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B software sales or professional services
  • Experience with Atlassian products or their ecosystem
  • Strategic mindset and strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Qualifications

Remote-first (Germany or US East Coast)

Flexible hours, full IT setup (MacBook, iPhone)
