About the role

Aon is seeking an Account Executive for its Construction & Infrastructure Practice. Based in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX, this role involves working with senior team members to manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs. The position requires a hybrid schedule with an average of 2 to 3 days in the office weekly.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs
  • Analyze coverage and costs, prepare insurance market submissions, and coordinate with carriers
  • Develop client recommendations by comparing program options
  • Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation for accuracy
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities
  • Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Pay

The salary range for this position (for U.S. applicants) is $150,000 to $190,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

Schedule

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring you to be in the office on average 2 to 3 days a week either from our Houston, TX or Dallas, TX office.
