About the role

Aon is seeking an Account Executive for its Construction & Infrastructure Practice. Based in Houston, TX or Dallas, TX, this role involves working with senior team members to deliver innovative solutions for clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs
  • Analyze coverage and costs, prepare insurance market submissions, coordinate with carriers, and develop client recommendations
  • Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and provide excellent client service
  • Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities
  • Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

  • Meet all Aon and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Good math and reasoning skills
  • Strong digital literacy: advanced Excel skills to summarize and analyze data, proficiency using Word and PowerPoint, proficiency using Outlook and other related MS Office tools

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 7+ years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
  • Property and Casualty Insurance license required within six months of employment
  • ARM, CRIS designation preferred
