Account Executive I, Construction & Infrastructure
About the role
Aon is seeking an Account Executive I within its Construction & Infrastructure team. This role involves empowering results for clients through innovative and effective solutions in the construction and infrastructure sector. The position is hybrid, requiring an average of 2 to 3 days in the office weekly.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs
- Analyze coverage and costs, prepare insurance market submissions, and coordinate with carriers
- Develop client recommendations by comparing program options
- Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation for accuracy
- Handle invoicing and administrative responsibilities
- Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs

Pay and Schedule
The salary range for this position (for U.S. applicants) is $107,900 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in predominately casualty broking or underwriting environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in property and casualty insurance
- Property and Casualty Insurance license required within six months of employment
- ARM or CRIS designation preferred
