About the role
Aon is seeking an Account Executive I within its Construction & Infrastructure team. As part of a leading team, you will assist clients in achieving their goals by providing innovative and effective solutions for the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support clients' insurance and risk transfer programs
- Analyze coverage and costs, prepare insurance market submissions, coordinate with carriers, and develop client recommendations
- Review contracts, policies, claims, audits, and related documentation to ensure accuracy and provide excellent client service
- Handle invoicing and other administrative responsibilities
- Support the team with special projects and day-to-day operational needs
Requirements

- Strong presentation skills
- Capable of meeting deadlines
- Prioritize tasks according to importance and volume, but able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to review work and peer review
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Meet all Aon and regulatory compliance requirements
- Good math and reasoning skills
- Advanced Excel skills to summarize and analyze data
- Proficiency using Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using Outlook and other related MS Office tools
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years in casualty broking or underwriting environment preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance license required within six months of employment
- ARM or CRIS designation preferred

Pay and Schedule
The salary range for this position (for U.S. applicants) is $107,900 to $140,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on factors including education, experience, and internal equity. The position is eligible to participate in Aon’s annual incentive plans, which may include an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
