About the role
This is a new position within a profitable fintech infrastructure startup. The company is an AI-native operating system transforming the financial services industry.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the enterprise sales motion for the AI-native operating system.
- Manage the full sales cycle for large-scale institutions.
- Design the repeatable GTM playbook, pricing strategies, and territory models.
- Represent the company at major industry events and collaborate with product teams.
- Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from initial outreach and prospecting to navigating complex stakeholders.
- Build the foundational GTM playbook, including ICP definition, territory strategy, and sales processes.
- Lead deep-dive discussions on integrations, data flows, and security.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales.
- A proven track record of closing high-value, mission-critical software deals.
- Experience building GTM motions from scratch in "zero-to-one" environments.
- High technical literacy with the ability to lead deep-dive discussions on integrations, data flows, and security.
