Account Executive 2, Financial Services - East
About the role
The Account Executive 2 plays a crucial role in securing new business deals with Mid-Market companies in the Financial Services sector. This position involves developing sales plans, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals. The successful candidate will also build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to target Mid-Market companies in Financial Services
- Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Utilize communication skills and industry knowledge to close deals
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to Egnyte's initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, focusing on new logo acquisition
- Experience working in Financial Services
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year)
- Ability to drive consistent activity and pipeline development
- Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
Pay & Benefits
The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $70,000 - $85,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. Commission ranges from $140,000 to $170,000 OTE.
