Account Director (Facilities Management Delivery)
About the role
The Account Director is responsible for overall client relationship management, strategic oversight, and commercial performance across the Facility Management portfolio. This individual ensures delivery aligns with contractual obligations while driving account growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the executive point of contact for the client, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships
- Own P&L performance, ensuring financial targets and margin expectations are met
- Provide strategic direction for Facility Management service delivery across all sites and regions
- Lead governance, including executive reviews, performance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify growth opportunities, including scope expansion and value-added services
- Ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements
- Align cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and scalable Facility Management solution
Requirements
Senior leadership experience in Facilities Management or integrated services
Strong commercial real estate experience and financial acumen
Proven client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing complex, multi-country or global accounts
