Account Coordinator, Releases (11AM-8PM EST)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Coordinator with experience in customer service and finance. You will join a dedicated team responsible for providing excellent customer support and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts within PAR's internal queue to meet the company's service level agreements.
• Initiate outbound calls to customers and recovery vendors.
• Partner across departments to meet customer service levels.
• Collect and provide clear, accurate, and complete information using the right tools and procedures.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service, finance, or automotive industry experience.
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Effective management of accounts and exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet all internal and external time commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Experience with web technology is a plus.
• Additional finance or automotive industry experience is a plus.

Skills

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and Google Workspace applications.

Pay

$19.00 - $19.00 USD per hour.
