We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "During the interview process..." etc? That's about salary specifics; maybe keep salary info but not interview process details. Also remove "Perks And Benefits" maybe part of Benefits. Also remove "Career Growth", "Company Culture", "About Us", "Recruiting Agency Notice". Keep only substantive info: role description, responsibilities, requirements/qualifications/skills, pay, schedule, benefits. Let's parse posting: Location: New York, NY Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office) Intro paragraph: "At Magnite, we cultivate an environment...". That's about company culture maybe but could be part of About the role? Might be considered generic; but we can include as part of About the role? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: maybe the paragraph describing role: "As an Account Coordinator, Media Planning you will assist the Sales and Demand teams in planning and building successful proposals for online video and display ad campaigns that will run on the Magnite platform." Also "In This Role You Will ..." list of duties. That's responsibilities. - Responsibilities: list bullet points after "In This Role You Will". Those are duties. - Requirements: maybe "We’re Looking For Someone With" list: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.; Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities; A solutions-oriented mindset in troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Qualifications: maybe same as requirements? Could combine. But we can separate: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.; Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities; A solutions-oriented mindset in troubleshooting and problem-solving. - Benefits: list: Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One; Generous Time Off Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days; Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave; 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match; Disability and Life Insurance; Cell Phone Subsidy; Monthly Fitness and Reimbursement; Career Growth (maybe not benefit but could be included). Also "Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)" mentioned earlier as eligibility for equity. Also "Comprehensive benefits package". We'll include those. - Pay: "In New York, the base salary range for this role is $32 per hour - $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity." Also "This Role Is Also Eligible For Equity (NASDAQ: MGNI)". That could be part of Pay or Benefits. We'll put Pay section with salary range and equity eligibility. - Schedule: "New York, NY Hybrid Schedule (M/F remote, T/W/TH in-office)". Also later: "Our hybrid schedule includes two remote workdays (Monday and Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday through Thursday)". So schedule details. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we capture all substantive info. We'll produce HTML fragment:

About the role

  • Support Media Planners in daily communication with the Sales team
  • Analyzing new opportunities and developing strong and effective media plans
  • Partner with Demand teams to collect post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities for pre-sale process improvement
  • Identify and recommend creative solutions to accommodate client video advertising objectives
  • Work with external vendors to identify relevant products to enhance the Magnite pre-sale offering
  • Leads cross-departmental communication initiatives with demand, supply, and marketing teams
  • Assist team on large scale initiatives
  • Other projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities
  • A solutions-oriented mindset in troubleshooting and problem-solving
We could also have Skills section separate but maybe combine. The instruction allows multiple sections; we can have Skills separate if we want. But we already put skills in Requirements. Could also add Skills section: maybe list technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. But we already have that. To follow instruction, we could have Skills section separate: list of skills. But we must not create thin sections. Might be okay to have Skills separate with those items. However we already have them in Requirements; duplicating would be redundant. Better to keep Requirements only and maybe not have Skills. But the instruction says we can use those headings; we can omit Skills if not needed. We'll include Requirements only. Benefits:

Benefits

  • Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One
  • Generous Time Off Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days
  • Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan
  • Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave
  • 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match

Pay:

Pay

In New York, the base salary range for this role is $32 per hour - $35 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is also eligible for equity (NASDAQ: MGNI).

Schedule:

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: Monday and Friday remote; Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in-office.

We should also maybe include location? Not needed as heading. Check for any duplicated content: we captured responsibilities list exactly as in posting. Ensure we didn't miss any: "Support Media Planners in daily communication with the Sales team; analyzing new opportunities and developing strong and effective media plans" Actually the posting: "Support Media Planners in daily communication with the Sales team; analyzing new opportunities and developing strong and effective media plans". It's two items separated by semicolon. We split into two bullets: first "Support Media Planners in daily communication with the Sales team", second "analyzing new opportunities and developing strong and effective media plans". Good. "Partner with Demand teams to collect post-campaign analysis and identify opportunities for pre-sale process improvement" good. "Identify and recommend creative solutions to accommodate client video advertising objectives" good. "Work with external vendors to identify relevant products to enhance the Magnite pre-sale offering" good. "Leads cross-departmental communication initiatives with demand, supply, and marketing teams" good. "Assist team on large scale initiatives" good. "Other projects as assigned" good. Requirements list: "Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred" good. "Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint" good. "Effective time management skills; ability to multitask, attention to detail, proactive prioritization, and delivery of high-quality work in a fast-paced environment" we kept as one bullet. "Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills." good. "Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities" good. "A solutions-oriented mindset in troubleshooting and problem-solving" good. Benefits list: we captured all from "Perks And Benefits": Comprehensive Healthcare Coverage from Day One; Generous Time Off Holiday Breaks and Quarterly Wellness Days; Equity and Employee Stock Purchase Plan; Family-Focused Benefits and Parental Leave; 401k Retirement Savings Plan with Employer Match; Disability and Life Insurance; Cell Phone Subsidy; Monthly Fitness and Reimbursement. Also "Career Growth" maybe not a benefit but we omitted. That's fine. Pay: we included salary range and equity eligibility. Schedule: we gave hybrid schedule. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we omitted "At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration..." etc. That's generic fluff; we didn't include as About the role? We included a short About the role paragraph focusing on role description. Could also include that introductory sentence as part of About the role? It's about company culture; maybe not needed. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The introductory sentence about cultivating environment is substantive? It's about company culture but not role-specific. Might be considered filler but it's still info about the company. However we already have About the role section; we could include that sentence there. But we already have a short description; we could expand to include that sentence. Let's include it: "At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus." That's about company mission. Could be part of About the role. We'll add that as a paragraph before the role-specific sentence. Thus About the role section will have two paragraphs: first the company culture/mission, second the role description. Make sure not to include duplicated lines. Now produce HTML fragment. Check for any remaining boilerplate: "Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform." That's also company info; we could include in About the role as well. Might be relevant. Let's incorporate that too. Thus About the role could have multiple sentences: "Magnite (NASDAQ: MGNI) is the world’s largest independent sell-side advertising platform. Publishers use our technology to monetize their content across all screens and formats including CTV / streaming, online video, display, and audio. Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day! At Magnite, we cultivate an environment of continuous growth and collaboration. Our work impacts what millions of people read, watch, and buy, and we’re looking for people to help us tackle that responsibility with creativity and focus. As an Account Coordinator, Media Planning you will assist the Sales and Demand teams in planning and building successful proposals for online video and display ad campaigns that will run on the Magnite platform." That's a lot but preserves all substantive info. Ensure not to include any fluff like "Our tech fuels billions of transactions per day!" that's okay. Now final HTML. We must not include or tags. Just the fragment. Let's
