About the role
The Account Coordinator III assists with moderately complex projects and assignments within the Account Management family. They work under general supervision and take a leadership role in coordinating client projects, managing client communication, scheduling meetings, and preparing client presentations.
Responsibilities
- Takes a leadership role in coordinating client projects, ensuring their seamless execution, and actively contributing to project optimization.
- Manages client communication, addressing complex inquiries, resolving challenging issues, and offering comprehensive project status updates.
- Maintains and organizes client records, project files, and databases, ensuring the availability of information for reference.
- Schedules meetings, conference calls, and appointments, coordinating team member and client availability for productive collaboration.
- Tracks project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, expertly identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues, and providing strategic communication to stakeholders.
- Assists in the preparation of client presentations, reports, and proposals, showcasing advanced skills in gathering, organizing, and presenting information and data.
- Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, such as action items and progress reports, to drive sophisticated project management and foster effective team collaboration.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring a deep level of alignment and actively contributing to highly successful client engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum Experience: 4+ years
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
