Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide essential support to the Account Management Team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including; preparing quotes, managing portals, coordinating order fulfilment and assisting with project execution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts using Techary’s CRM system
- Maintain strong internal and external relationships through timely communication and follow-through
- Maintain detailed knowledge of client needs and expectations
- Act as a liaison between all stakeholders to ensure the timely and successful delivery of services and opportunities
Essential Skills Required
- 1 year+ IT sales support, account coordination, or account management experience – candidates with relevant experience in other industries with strong transferable skills are also encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of Salesforce (desired)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills
- Outgoing and collaborative personality with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
- Ambitious individual who has a desire to grow and develop within a rapidly expanding company
- Proactive with the ability to use initiative and work independently
- Knowledge of the IT Channel desirable
