Account Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an Account Coordinator for Fire Protection National Service Division at Shambaugh & Son L.P., a leading mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractor based in Indiana.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary contact for assigned customers.
- Cook up inspections, service requests, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor job status and communicate updates to customers and internal teams.
- Review service documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate customer reports and assist with performance tracking.
- Support compliance, contract requirements, and process improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Accounting, and other departments to resolve customer needs.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or service administration.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in service, construction, fire protection, or facilities-related industries is preferred.
- Regular and reliable attendance, including the ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
