About the Opportunity

The Account Coordinator supports the publisher relations team by assisting account managers in managing promotional campaigns for major publishing partners. This role contributes to the smooth execution of campaigns, helps maintain strong publisher relationships, and supports business growth through coordinated efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist account managers in submitting, scheduling, and coordinating promotions with publisher partners
• Collaborate with editorial, production, and product teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Prepare reports, presentations, and pitches by conducting analysis and research
• Support account managers during industry conferences, client meetings, and calls
• Learn and understand the marketing products to effectively support partners
• Develop knowledge of the publishing marketplace and partners’ needs

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The anticipated salary range for this role is $52,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Total compensation includes stock option awards and competitive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous paid parental leave, and flexible paid time off.
