About the role
The Account Coordinator will activate fully integrated marketing campaigns through event marketing, PR stunts, regional and national events, channel-specific advocacy events, viral campaigns, and digital executions. You’ll coordinate event planning, implementation, and vendor management while serving as a loyal brand advocate. This role involves close collaboration with Field Managers and vendors to consistently exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Identify venues and assist in multi-market site selection and negotiation.
- Manage vendors to ensure flawless execution and optimal return on cost.
- Provide administrative oversight, including weekly status updates on program results, personnel, and client reporting.
- Coordinate event logistics (properties, staff, routing, etc.).
- Support event budgets and vendor invoice processing.
- Handle crisis management by identifying field issues and developing solutions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred).
- 1+ year of event planning experience.
- Professionally polished with a strong interest in client-facing opportunities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of social media tools and digital platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to thrive in a digital work environment.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and/or weekends as needed.

Pay
$45,000 – $50,000 annually.
Schedule
