Your Impact
- Update and distribute weekly status reports to internal team(s) and client(s).
- Assemble samples, past results, current strategies and other materials necessary for strategy development.
- Assemble campaign execution instructions (copy and design) for the internal creative team.
- Reference the master production schedule to maintain campaign/project schedules in Adobe Workfront (Moore’s project management platform).
- Assemble campaign details for the internal production team.
- Auxiliary in preparation for annual budget development as needed.
- Auxiliary in maintenance/trafficking of standard reports and files as needed.
- Review all print and Lettershop proofs, distribute to the internal team and client as necessary.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with client(s) and vendors.
- Perform other duties as required.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 0-2 years marketing and/or communications experience preferred
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills required
- Highly organized, attention to detail, ability to prioritize timelines, and deadline driven
- Ability to collaborate with and maintain positive relationships with internal team(s) and external client team(s) and production partners
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
- Demonstrate engagement and eagerness to learn
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat is preferred
- Proficiency in Adobe Workfront preferred
- Knowledge of database marketing/fundraising and account management preferred
