Account Coordinator
About the role
The Account Coordinator role provides a strong foundation for our account teams and ensures that campaigns are run as efficiently and professionally as possible. As an Account Coordinator, you are the key support on the account, responsible for assisting the AE's, AS's and AD's throughout daily tasks. You will be included in a variety of meetings / events and given the chance to contribute creative ideas and experience the many different things that our industry has to offer.
Responsibilities

- Ensure that work presented to senior members of the team is of an appropriate standard – typos and grammatical errors are unacceptable
- Manage workload effectively, meeting deadlines and always flagging any potential issues to senior members of the team
- Approach practical tasks with a 'make it happen' attitude and explore all routes to deliver requests from your team
- Media Management: Show an understanding and passion of the media landscape, especially in relation to the specific needs of your client
- Build and cultivate relationships with key media and maintain an extensive network
- Aid in ongoing editorial pitching on behalf of clients, overseeing opportunities from initial sell in to final delivery
- Continually monitor media for all client coverage / articles of interest and flag / report to team and clients in a timely manner
- Aid in the development of media materials (e.g. press releases, media alerts, pitches, media lists, media updates, coverage recaps, etc.)
- Campaign Execution: Support AAE’s, AE’s, SAE’s, AS’s by managing day-to-day tasks and responsibilities as assigned
- Manage status reports and recaps to ensure that they are completed in a regular and timely fashion
- Client Services: Work with team to handle client requests and communication promptly
- Flag anything that may be of interest to your team and client – competitor activity, news relating to brand ambassadors, media insights etc.
- Show genuine interest in your clients’ business and overarching industry
- Participate and offer ideas in brainstorms and group discussions
- Become immersed in the competitor landscape and creative industry
- Keep your team updated with any industry news
- Social and Digital: Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of social media platforms and the digital landscape
- Monitor both client and competitor channels on a regular basis
- Administrative Work: Take ownership of essential administrative tasks and deliver them to a high standard
- Develop clear and detailed recaps from all client calls highlighting all discussions and identifying next steps to share with the team
- Manage day-to-day team administration (e.g. status docs completed and shared before calls, all docs from clients saved on server, meeting rooms booked, etc.)
- Oversee all client administration (e.g. reporting, coverage documents, status reports, ensuring folders are kept well organized, etc.)
Qualifications
All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role.
Benefits
Salary range is $45,000-$50,000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
