Essential Functions
- Handles all aspects of customer’s needs
- Quotes each order
- Enters data into computer to generate quotes for customers
- Credits price, discount, sales representative’s commission and shipping charges as required
- Follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
- Informs customers of shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by the customer
- Receives and researches customer complaints
- Confers with production, shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace mission or delayed shipments
- Works with the installation department
- Reviews customer samples and inventory them

Work Environment
This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing may be required. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position may require walking, primarily on a level surface, for periods of time. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk and hear.
Compensation/Expected Hours of Work
$16/hourly rate to start with a weekly schedule of Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
