Responsibilities
- Serve as direct support for Account Manager, interacting regularly with vendors and clients through telephone, email, and in person
- Serve as a liaison between vendors and clients, serving as a point of contact for both parties
- Serve as a conduit for communication between internal departments and external vendors, ensuring timely and effective coordination
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule appointments and oversee their performance
- Aid in facilitating service requests from clients
- Refer escalated client issues to Account Managers for resolution
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of vendor and client information
- Build and maintain a strong subcontractor network to support service delivery
- Aid in the onboarding process for new vendors by collaborating with various internal departments
Requirements
- Excellent verbal, written, and time-management skills
- Contract negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment across all departments
- Productive in a deadline-driven work environment
- Proven ability to adapt and be flexible to change
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma/GED required
- Industry experience preferred, particularly in snow removal and landscape services
- One to two years of relevant experience
