Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Aid in managing invoicing processes, purchase order administration, and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Accurately perform data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.
  • Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in Administrative/Account Coordinator experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude, ensuring positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prioritized and managed competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues.
  • Superior organizational skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
