Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers, carriers, and shippers by ensuring timely communication, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
- Aid in managing invoicing processes, purchase order administration, and collection of outstanding payments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
- Accurately perform data entry and generate reports to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
- Support dispatch operations by coordinating with carriers on loading and unloading activities, ensuring smooth logistics and adherence to schedules.
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, and handling confidential materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1+ years of experience in Administrative/Account Coordinator experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude, ensuring positive and effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Prioritized and managed competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
