About the role
DXagency is a full-service marketing agency that focuses on exceeding client goals and delivering strategic plans and cost-effective results. We form strong relationships with our clients and become part of their marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the day-to-day and overall needs of DXagency clients.
- Ensure the satisfaction of assigned clients, making sure all deliverables meet the client's expectations/strategies and accomplish campaign goals.
- Participate in creative brainstorms and client strategy sessions, including campaign ideation, media strategy, overall digital strategy, and more.
- Assist in the writing of social content, digital ads (display/social), emails, websites, and more, including copywriting and/or copy-editing.
- Create client-facing materials such as pitches, marketing strategies/plans, and performance recaps.
- Maintain high quality service levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field from an accredited school.
- At least 2 years of account experience at a digital agency.
- A thorough understanding of online marketing and proven ability to assist clients with digital campaign planning and new media techniques.
- The ability to represent and promote DXagency in a professional manner and demonstrate value-added service to clients.
- Ability to think creatively, participate in brainstorms, and write/edit copy.
- The ability to develop and motivate a team and assist with any client requests.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills and outstanding presentation abilities.
- The ability to manage several projects and/or accounts at once and able to work independently or as a team.
- Effective independent thinking and management.
Skills
