About the role
Support day-to-day operations as an Account Coordinator with Agforce, where organization, communication, and attention to detail drive success across customer accounts. This job is responsible for customer operations and business development duties in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist multiple reps in day-to-day needs both operational and customer facing.
- Oversee successful completion of day-to-day commitments and daily load board.
- Perform operational activities such as tracking/tracing, load building, setting appointments, etc.
- Utilize internal systems and software to manage daily business.
- Effectively bid on and execute transactional/spot market opportunities.
- Able to read and understand freight markets and price freight accordingly.
- Communicate effectively across all groups.
Requirements
- Education: Preferred – Bachelor's degree Required
- Experience: Preferred – Relevant Experience
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of people within and outside the organization. Strong time management and organizational skills. Understanding of the US markets and seasonality. Understand terms and definitions of the transportation industry.
Benefits
The expected base pay range for this role is: $46,000.00 - $64,000.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including work location, job-related knowledge, skills and relevant experience for the job.
