About the role
BookBub is seeking an early-career Account Coordinator to support the publisher relations team. Key responsibilities include assisting with promotions, collaborating with various teams, preparing reports, and attending industry events.
Responsibilities
- Assist account managers in submitting, scheduling, and coordinating promotions with publisher partners
- Collaborate with editorial, production, and product teams to ensure campaign success
- Prepare reports, presentations, and pitches for client calls and meetings
- Conduct analysis, research, and other prep work for account manager meetings and calls
- Support account managers at industry conferences and client meetings
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the publishing marketplace and internalize partner pain points, needs, and goals

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Publishing, or related field
- Experience with CRM software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics
Skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Benefits
The anticipated salary range for this role is $52,000 - $55,000 annually. Total compensation includes stock option awards and competitive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, generous paid parental leave, and take-what-you-need paid time off. Remote work flexibility is available for candidates located in Massachusetts. Our team operates with a hybrid model, allowing for predominantly remote, hybrid, or in-office setups.
