About the role
Own end-to-end outbound demand generation for institutional commercial real estate buyers. You will build multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs, manage the marketing technology and measurement stack, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to generate qualified meetings and pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline sourced from ICP accounts.
- Run the outbound engine across list building, sequencing, copy, sending, testing, and cold calling.
- Manage the campaign calendar from briefs and audience targeting through launch, optimization, and post-mortems.
- Build multi-channel, multi-touch ABM programs for tier-one institutional prospects and tie them to pipeline.
- Own HubSpot execution, lead scoring, attribution, pipeline reporting, and the broader outbound technology stack.
- Execute and optimize AI-assisted SDR programs without diluting message quality.
- Track channel ROI, cost per meeting, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates through a weekly scorecard.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing on lead routing, handoffs, sales enablement, positioning, ICP definition, channel testing, and territory strategy.
Qualifications
- Approximately 5-7 years in B2B growth, lead generation, GTM, ABM, or sales development.
- A hands-on operator who can write emails, build lists, configure sequences, run ads, and produce reports.
- Experience selling to sophisticated institutional buyers across long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Relevant experience in commercial real estate, climate tech, proptech, financial services, or B2SaaS.
- Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
- Familiarity with AI-powered SDR tools, data enrichment tools, attribution platforms, and modern outbound stacks.
- Strong analytical ability, including dashboards, attribution, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong written instincts across outbound copy, advertising, landing pages, and sales enablement.
- Preferred experience includes deep commercial real estate knowledge, building an ABM program from scratch in an early-stage or high-growth environment, and a background in cold calling or outbound sales development.
