Account Manager
About the Role
The Account Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution of Medlive’s promotional programs, ensuring all deliverables are brought to market efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong project management expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Serving as a key client-facing partner, the Account Manager oversees program delivery from initiation through completion and is accountable for all aspects of the client experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and demonstrates a proven ability to manage complex projects while building strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead key project operational elements from client onboarding, legal regulatory approval, production, execution, and reporting across Medlive’s promotional programs.
- Serve as client-facing point of contact for external stakeholders and clients.
- Develop, manage, and maintain detailed project and program plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Track, analyze, and report on program performance, deliverables, and key metrics.
- Work with Medlive’s marketing team to ensure that all aspects of the promotional program are complete, free from error, and in compliance with client regulatory/legal requirements.
- Cook up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across program objectives, deliverables, and execution plans.
- Travel up to 10% to support in-studio broadcasts, as needed.
About You
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience, preferably in a project management or client service capacity in the healthcare space.
- Healthcare agency experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regularly shifting goals and deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team that owns multiple projects that involve various internal and external partners.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000–$115,000, determined by relevant experience and prior performance.
