About the role
Responsible for managing customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Key focus on account development, retention, and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements
- Prepare and present proposals to secure new business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or customer success roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools is preferred
